The saying that everything is bigger in Texas may be disputed in some cases, but not when it comes to scoreboards. The Lone Star State has the distinction of having the largest scoreboard in the world since the end of 2009. The Dallas Cowboys football team opened their new stadium to fans last fall, and this stadium includes the largest scoreboard in the world. Everyone who has seen this scoreboard has been very impressed, and with the massive size that is no wonder. The new stadium will have scoreboards which are installed close to one hundred feet in the air, nestled among the upper deck, and each scoreboard is huge. The largest scoreboard in the world measures one hundred and sixty one feet by seventy one feet, and cover more than eleven thousand feet with a single scoreboard.
