Jack Wilshere – England’s new star in the making

In soccer scoreboards news, we look at Asrenal and England’s brightest new star. Arsene Wenger has always been devoted to the promotion of youth players, but not even he could have suspected that Jack Wilshere, a product of the Arsenal youth academy, would rise so dramatically to the top. In just a few months he has gone from a young player given the odd game in less important fixtures, to a regular starter for Arsenal, who is now considered one of the team’s best players.

Jack joined the Arsenal academy when he was just 9 years old, and 6 years later was already demonstrating success, and he became the captain of the under 16’s team. In February 2008, the soccer scoreboards showed that he made his debut for the men’s team, be it for the Arsenal reserves, before making his first appearance for the Arsenal first team as a substitute against Blackburn in late 2008.

Fernando Torres Biography

In soccer scoreboards news, we will give a brief biography of Fernando Torres. Fernando José Torres Sanz was born in Madrid’s Fuenlabrada neighborhood on March 20, 1984. He was the youngest person who ever played for the team Atlético Madrid, and became captain at the age of only 19. Torres played in Trinidad and Tobago in the Under-17 World Cup in 2001, and in Norway in the Under-19 European Championships in 2002 – a tournament that Spain won. In 2003 Torres made his debut for the Under-21 national team.

During 2003-2004 in just 35 appearances Fernando scored 19 league goals. The first goal he ever scored for the Spanish team was in 2004 against Italy. At the end of this season Fernando was chosen for Euro 2004 as part of the Spanish squad. Then, at his debut in the 2006 World Cup finals, Fernando headed in the final goal in a match against Ukraine, with the soccer scoreboards showing a 4-0 victory for Spain.

The History of Women’s Soccer

Soccer scoreboards news: women’s soccer has always been overshadowed by men’s soccer, even though its popularity has grown steadily towards the end of the 20th century. However, women’s teams are determined to keep the trend going, and with the way things are currently moving it is not ruled out that someday soccer will come on par with sports like tennis, volleyball, and handball in terms of female popularity.

Before we can analyze what will happen in the future of women’s soccer, let’s look at its past, since the history of women’s soccer is quite extensive. The first written document on the topic of soccer was discovered in a Chinese war manual that dates back to 300 BC. This document familiarized men with this ancient version of soccer, which consisted of kicking a ball into a hole in a piece of cloth, which was tied between two poles. Cristiano Ronaldo Biography

In soccer scoreboards news, we will give a brief biography of Cristiano Ronaldo. He was born in Funchal, Madeira, Portugal on February 5th, 1985. He has two elder sisters, Liliana Catia and Elma, as well as an elder brother, Hugo. Christiano first learned his soccer skills on Madeira Island, where he spent his early years. There he played for his local team, Nacional, and at the age of 12 he already became known as one of the best soccer players in Madeira. Not too long after he started to capture the attention of bigger Portuguese clubs, like Boavista and Porto. Eventually Ronaldo chose to play for Sporting, because it was the team he followed while he was growing up. It was not long before he was regularly appearing on the soccer scoreboards for that team.
